The Villain's Little Cat

Chapter 86

But without the help of any organization, these healers couldn’t level up on their own.

Thus, they could only grit their teeth and agreed.

Bang!

“General!” The soldiers cheered when they saw General Ryan appeared.

Kate blinked her eyes. It seemed that General Ryan was actually very popular among his soldiers. The soldiers were very happy when they saw General Ryan and the expression on their faces didn’t seem to be fake.

Kyle was following his father calmly.

“General Ryan, did you manage to call the healer?”

“The two healers are asking for sky high price and you know that the family and that organization will definitely ask for higher price if we went through them.” General Ryan then stepped to the side. “So, I bring a healer that belonged to our military.”

.....

“We have a healer?”

“Since when?”

“What?”

“General, are you kidding?”

The soldiers were dumbfounded. They had been staying in the military base for a long time, so they knew that General Ryan didn’t have a healer on his own. It was precisely because of this that they were worried.

Kyle rolled his eyes at these soldiers’ action. “Where’s Uncle?”

“In that large room.”

“Got it.”

Kyle stepped forward and the soldiers didn’t stop him. They naturally recognized Kyle and some soldiers even shivered. Back then, Kyle was known as a little demon in their military and a lot of people had suffered from his hands.

Including his superior.

Being a very naughty and fearless young man, Kyle created trouble no matter where he went. Not to mention, he had high intelligence and loved to create troubles that was hard to be traced back to him.

Even if they were angry, they had no evidence.

All they could do was to give him more training during exercise.

And then Kyle would went back to prank them.

The cycle thus continued.

And the superiors were the ones who suffered and eventually chose to transfer him to others. At that time, they were having the mentality that it was fine for their comrades to suffer as long as it was not them.

When Kyle was finally ‘kicked’ out of the military, countless people rejoiced.

But now that things had come to this, would it be possible for Kyle not to get involved in the military anymore?

These soldiers doubted it.

Bang!

The door opened and Kyle looked inside. On the table was a middle aged man with one bear hands. At the same time, there were countless wounds on his chest that seemed to come from an explosion.

‘A half?’

Kate was stunned when she saw the scene in front of him. Half had become somewhat different from ordinary human because of their strange mutations. This had caused some of their previously useful medical equipment to be useless.

No wonder that they were clamoring to have a healer come.

“Little Kitty, can you heal him?” Kyle’s face tightened a bit. Even though he still looked as indifferent as ever, there was a faint tremor in his voice when he asked. It seemed that this uncle of his was still someone who was quite important to Kyle.

“Meow.”

Kate still could see those black dots. The white dots around Kyle’s uncle body was decreasing as the black dots seemed to grow stronger, but it was not to the level that was hard for her.

Kate stretched her paw and Kyle put her on his uncle’s side.

Tep!

Putting her front paw on Kyle’s uncle hand, Kate then transferred the light dots, which was actually the healers’ unique energy, towards Kyle’s uncle. These white dots quickly overwhelmed the black dots.

It continued until the black dots completely disappeared.

In Kyle’s eyes, he could see the wound on his uncle’s bear hand, chest, and other parts were being closed rapidly. The doctors had temporarily stopped the bleeding, but his father said that he was not healing.

It seemed that there should be something else that stopped his healing progress.

This was indeed the mystery that needed to be investigated.

“Meow.”

Kate lifted up her paw and flexed it a bit. It seemed that for her to heal such big wound was still not easy even though she had reached rank 2. Well, she was not that tired, though. She still could heal a few more people if Kyle wanted her to.

That meow awakened Kyle. He looked at his little cat and then at his uncle, who had breathed steadily. Looking at the steady heartbeat at the equipment, Kyle heaved a sigh of relief.

“Little Kitty.”

“Meow?”

“Thank you.” Kyle picked Kate up and hugged her tenderly. She was too small to be hugged directly, but it seemed that he could carry her like how he carried a baby.

Kate was dumbfounded for a moment and then smiled. Her whisker trembled as she meowed in response.

“Meow~”

While Kyle was feeling relieved, General Ryan was watching from the outside with the doctors around him. When Kyle entered the room, some of the doctors were anxious, but General Ryan stopped them from entering.

He would not allow anyone to stop his son and that little cat from saving his brother.

He trusted Kyle.

Even though Kyle has been quite withdrawn and being a very troublemaker for the past few years, he knew that Kyle would never truly stopped caring for his family members. Watching his brother getting healed, General Ryan also heaved a sigh of relief secretly.

Now that they had seen the miracle with their own eyes, the doctors’ eyes were widening so widely.

“That... that cat... is the healer?” One of them asked with difficulties. It seemed as if saying that tomorrow the sky would fall was easier than saying that a little cat was actually such a powerful healer.
